Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Austin, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,853 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – RN Case Manager – Texas Start Date: 01/12/2026 Location: Austin, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), rotating weekends every other week, no on-call required Highlights: 13-week contract assignment in a dynamic, high-acuity hospital setting Work across multiple specialty units including ICU, Observation, Telemetry, PCU, Neuro, and Ortho EMR system: Meditech/Midas Manageable patient ratio of approximately 1:30 RN to patient caseload No on-call requirements – excellent work-life balance Collaborate with a skilled team of 15 RNs and 15 Social Workers Requirements: Active Texas RN license or compact state license eligible for Texas endorsement Minimum 1 year of bedside case management experience required Meditech or HCA experience required Post-acute care knowledge required Experience with discharge planning, care progression, and throughput processes preferred Strong communication skills with ability to navigate difficult conversations with patients, families, and physicians Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through comprehensive discharge planning and care coordination.
