bonuse JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent Job Responsibilities The Nurse
Manager is a working manager, who is responsible for day-to-day
operations of the PACU. oversee the planning, directing and
controlling of the staffing assignments in accordance with
objectives and policies to insure effective coverage of the
department, and maintain productivity targets. review and approve
personnel performance appraisals including the establishment of
goals for each employee. regularly review/revise departmental
manuals, policies/procedures, and appropriate standing orders and
protocols, with appropriate input. observe condition of facilities
and take corrective action to solve existing or potential problems.
participate in Process Improvement activities. support management
decisions by acting as a change agent through role modeling.
maintain current professional growth through independent study and
continuing education programs. participate in budget and inventory
control. will participate in staff and self-development Job
Qualifications Advanced Cardiac Life Support Basic Cardiac Life
Support Registered Nurse Bachelors Degree BSN required 2 years
experience in OR or day surgery required Previous Management
experience required
