Experience Description: This is a contract position for an RN
specializing in Case Management. The assignment is for a duration
of 13 weeks. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM. No on-call duty is required. Candidates must have at least
one year of bedside case management experience. Experience with
Meditech or HCA is a must. Knowledge of post-acute care is
essential. The ideal candidate should have experience in discharge
planning and patient progression. The role involves conducting
difficult conversations with families and patients. Collaboration
with physicians regarding care plans is required. A strong
personality is necessary to navigate challenging discussions.
Candidates should be adaptable and proactive in their approach. The
dress code includes navy scrubs with a white lab coat and
