Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Unit Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,242 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: CVOR Experience required Must-Have: CVOR RN experience Description: This is a contract position for an RN in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. The shift is from 06:30 to 17:00. The position requires on-call duty one night per week and one weekend every six weeks. Weekends are on a rotating on-call schedule. The unit has a patient ratio of 1:1. Typical procedures performed include CABG, aortic/mitral valve repair/replacement, AAA endovascular and open procedures, AV fistula creation/revision/thrombectomy, HDC, CAPD, BBT, TAVR, TMVR, and MitraClip placements. Candidates must possess mature, teamwork-oriented attitudes and be flexible with their schedules. A good attendance record and punctuality are essential. Scrubs are provided for staff.
