As a key player in our multidisciplinary team, the Speech Pathologist will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and innovative practices, you will enhance not only the speech capabilities but also the lives of patients, aiding them in achieving their highest level of independence. Evaluate patient speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic capabilities. Plan and carry out specialized therapy treatments to improve patients’ speech and communication. Educate patients and family members about communication techniques and strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team-based care. Document and maintain patient data and therapy outcomes for clinical records and billing purposes. Proficiency in various speech therapy techniques and diagnostics Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ASHA Certified - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology BLS/CPR certification
