Memorial Hermann, a premier health system in Texas, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Lab Technologist to join our laboratory team in advancing our mission of enhancing health through excellence in patient care and medical research. In this role, you will be pivotal in conducting diagnostic testing and analyzing laboratory results to aid in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. You will operate in a technically advanced environment, leveraging your expertise to provide the highest standard of laboratory services. Perform accurate laboratory testing and analyze laboratory results, ensuring all procedures comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure its accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient results and diagnose issues effectively. Record and preserve patient records with integrity and confidentiality. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and technological innovations in the field. Implement and adhere to safety and infection control measures to maintain a safe laboratory environment.
