Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN specialized in Women and Family services to join our faith-based healthcare organization. You will provide essential nursing services in maternity, gynecology, and family health, focusing on delivering exceptional care to women at various life stages. This role requires a candidate who is passionate about womens health and is committed to contributing positively to the community's well-being. Provide comprehensive nursing care to women before, during, and after childbirth, including monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and educating families about maternal and newborn care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and execute personalized care plans. Maintain patient records with accuracy and respond to emergencies with precision and calmness. Support patients and their families, offering education and resources for prenatal and postnatal care. Participate in community outreach programs to promote women's health and wellness. Strong clinical skills in women’s health and family nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and emotionally intense environment Proficiency with healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) recommended
