Candidates must have bedside case management experience. Candidates
must have post-acute care knowledge. Experience with Meditech or
HCA is required. Description: This is a contract position for an RN
in Case Management. The assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
There are no on-call requirements for this role. The unit consists
of a variable number of beds and staff members. Staffing includes
RNs and other healthcare professionals. The typical patient ratio
is 1:30 RN to patient. The role includes responsibilities such as
discharge planning and progression. The RN will engage in difficult
conversations with families and physicians. Candidates should
possess a strong personality and be adaptable and proactive. The
dress code includes navy scrubs and a white lab coat, with
closed-toe shoes. Candidates must not wear crocs or have fake
