Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time school psychologist opportunity is based in Sugar Land,
TX, serving K-12 students throughout the school year. The contract
runs from October through the end of the school year, providing a
stable and engaging environment for a dedicated professional to
support the mental health and educational development of diverse
student populations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological
assessments to identify students needs related to learning,
behavior, and emotional health Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
and intervention strategies Provide counseling and support to
students experiencing academic or social challenges Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure student success and
compliance with legal requirements Maintain accurate documentation
and comply with confidentiality standards Qualifications and
Desired Experience: Valid certification as a School Psychologist
Experience working with K-12 populations in a diverse educational
setting Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively within a
multidisciplinary team Familiarity with current educational laws
and best practices related to special education and mental health
