health services for patients ages 2 and up Perform assessments,
screenings, and preventive care Prescribe medications and develop

Collaborate with clinic staff and supervising physicians as needed
Candidate Requirements License: Active Texas NP License
Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
Certifications: BLS (current) DEA: Required Experience: Prior
