Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote LCSW - Intake, Therapy & Case
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment
plans
Provide therapy to adult patients with various diagnoses
Offer case management services, including care coordination and
referrals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW, Oregon
license strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
Proven experience in both intake and therapy settings
Must have passed the ASWB examination
Telehealth experience preferred
