Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Telemetry PCUBaylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Telemetry PCU team in College Station, Texas.Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Telemetry PCU unit. Your duties will include conducting thorough clinical assessments, prioritizing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient responses.Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
• Prioritize patient needs and delegate tasks to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans that meet patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to care plans and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health and wellness.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
