Job Description:

SMART is actively recruiting for emergency medicine physicians to provide locum coverage in Madisonville, TX and other nearby facilities. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be ongoing for at least the next year.

Details Include:

Qualifications: BC/BE EM, or FM/IM w/ED experience.
If not BC EM, clinician must have ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Active TX license and DEA required.
Annual volume averages 7,500
Avg. patients per day: 20
Level 4 trauma center
Critical access facility with 5 ED beds.
EMR: PICIS
12hr physician blocks - may consider 24hr shifts.
Single coverage
