Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility in Brenham, TX.

Job Duties:

• An assistant director of nursing (ADON) is responsible for the nursing team and quality of patient service in the absence of the director of nursing. The ADON supervises, analyzes, delegates, and evaluates nursing activities and ensures patient comfort and care. Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing.
  • A Registered nursing license.
  • Experience in Nursing.
  • Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Good planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of computers and healthcare software.
  • The ability to work under stressful conditions.
