Location: Huntsville, TX 77340Note:Position (needing coverage):
Interim PharmacistSkills: Inpatient Hospital experiencce is
required: 3 Yr.TX state pharmacist license requiredDates of
Coverage needed: May 9th or May 23rd (orientation) start,
indefinite---. likely 12+ week assignmentCoverage Hours needed: 40
hrs/week, rotating shifts. 830- 5 PM; 130-10:00 PM (M-F) . Will be
on 830-5pm shift for first several weeks.Is weekend coverage
needed? Yes, potentially after first several weeks--- 7:30-4PMSite
Automation: Pyxis experience preferredJob responsibilities:
Staffing involving order verification, IV experience preferredHow
many days of training/orientation are required prior to start? Must
complete hospital orientation x 2 days (must go through orientation
first before can cover in the pharmacy. May 9-10th are next
orientation dates - and then May 23 and 24th.)
