J O B * D E S C R I P T I O N As a Restaurant General Manager at Panera Bread you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. Our Restaurant General Manager must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management. B E N E F I T S -- Competitive salary -- Monthly bonus plan potential -- Medical, dental, vision, accidental & short-term disability benefit options available -- 401(k) plan with company match -- Paid vacation -- Five day work week -- Grease-free environment J O B * R E Q U I R E M E N T S -- Must have 5+ years of restaurant general manager experience, or AGM/IGM experience in a high volume restaurant. -- Must have held a position as a Kitchen Manager of a high-volume quick-service, fast-casual or full-service restaurant. -- Must have a comprehensive understanding of food inventory management, purchasing, food cost troubleshooting, food cost control and financial reporting. -- Must have a solid understanding of labor cost & staffing management. -- Must have strong human relationship skills and leadership skills. -- Must have the ability and desire to coach and develop people. -- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays -- Must have the "run it like you own it" mentality -- Must be high-energy, and guest service focused -- Must be able to maintain your attitude and composure during high stress, high-pressure situations.
