ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and manage a multi-year
roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance usability,
engagement, and monetization.Lead a team of product managers,
fostering a high-performing, data-driven, and customer-focused
culture.Work closely with executive leadership to align product
initiatives with business objectives and revenue growth
strategies.Customer-Centric InnovationLeverage user research,
analytics, and experimentation to deeply understand user behavior,
friction points, and opportunities for improvement.Drive innovation
in automated savings, real-time deal discovery, and seamless
checkout experiences within installables.Identify and execute on
opportunities to increase retention, engagement, and daily active
users through personalization and gamification.Lead the integration
of loyalty program features into our installables, ensuring
seamless and rewarding user experiences.Execution & DeliveryOversee
the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely execution from
ideation to launch and iterative improvements.Implement rapid
testing methodologies, including A/B testing, MVP launches, and
user feedback loops to validate new features.Partner with
engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and data teams to deliver
high-quality, scalable products that meet business
objectives.Proactively manage risks, trade-offs, and dependencies
to ensure smooth product development and delivery.Oversee the
complete revamp of our mobile application , ensuring it aligns with
evolving customer needs and business goals.Collaborate with the
Loyalty Platform team to ensure backend development supports new
loyalty-driven user experiences and capabilities.Performance &
GrowthEstablish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure
success, including activation, retention, and revenue impact.Drive
a test-and-learn culture, leveraging experimentation to
continuously refine the user experience and optimize conversion
funnels.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and
emerging technologies to ensure our installables remain
best-in-class.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience10+ years
of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership
role managing product teams.Strong background in e-commerce,
fintech, loyalty, or rewards-based products preferred.Experience
leading major product revamps and launching loyalty-driven
experiences.Strategic & Analytical ThinkingAbility to synthesize
data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable product
strategies.Strong analytical mindset, using data to drive
decisions, validate hypotheses, and optimize performance.Experience
driving a culture of rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and
iterative improvements.Strong understanding of growth strategies,
retention mechanics, and engagement-driving features.Experienced
people leader with a passion for developing and mentoring product
managers.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability
to influence across engineering, design, marketing, and executive
teams.Proven ability to coordinate with backend teams to align
infrastructure development with product innovation.Technical
AcumenUnderstanding of modern software development practices,
including APIs, SDKs, agile methodologies, and data
platforms.Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.Customer
