Bookkeeper / Office ManagerPart time position with flexible hours with approximately 20 hours per week or less average weighted towards the first of each month.Salary $25 per hourRequirementsMust have several years experience using quick books general ledger, payables and payroll including quarterly report and w-2 filings along with 1099s.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly balance sheet and income statementPay billsDeposit checks record all transactionsUse a spread sheet for following rent receiptsMaintain bank account balances for 3 checking accountsRecord monthly payments received for notes payableMonthly bank reconciliationProcessing of partners distribution when necessaryPay property taxes semi annuallyInteract with CPA for Tax returnsJob Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:
