Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. The OT Systems Admin is responsible for administrating OT/ICS (Industrial Control Systems) including DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Aveva PI. The OT Systems Admin will lead maintenance, support, enhancement and security of the OT/ICS systems. This new position will be based in our Arlington, VA or Houston, TX office and structured within IT under the Vice President of Plant Technology.This position will facilitate the implementation of OT/ICS development, processes, strategies, and procedures. This position will require working with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Cybersecurity and IT team. The position will be located in Arlington, VA or Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Administration of all OT/ICS (Industrial Control Systems) devices for infrastructure, network, applications and cybsersecurity aspects. Works with Operations, Maintenance and IT team to manage incidents, changes, request, root cause analysis, demands, minor and major upgrades of the OT/ICS systems. Review system performance and health reports to identify potential degradation or emerging reliability issues within control systems, and collaborate with site team to assess whether lifecycle, configuration or platform factors may contribute to performance impacts Support design, development, testing, commissioning and start-up of OT/ICS systems for major capital Projects. Support the deployment of monitoring tools, patches and hardening recommendations on ICS and OT devices. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Business, or related field of study. 5 years in ICS/OT system administration Experience in DCS, HMI, SCADA, PLC, Control Network and Operational Technology (OT) systems Experience in leading workshops with several stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong critical thinking and attention to detail. Strong work ethic with ability to effectively prioritize, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently summarize and prioritize information. Strong technical writing skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industry leading DCS/PLC systems (hardware, software, network) like Rockwell, Siemens, Honeywell, Yokogawa, GE, Emerson or Aveva PI (Historian) Experience with process control network devices like Hirschmann switches Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
