technical leader within the fast-paced, exciting and collaborative
Comcast Business Global (CBG) business unit. Join this innovative
team as we improve the operationalization and optimization of
multiple platforms supporting varied development teams. This
Engineer oversees the tools and platforms to safely and rapidly
deploy and monitor Comcast Business Global (CBG) applications,
tools and services. As a senior technical lead and subject matter
expert, you will establish best practices to guide operational
workflows and provide a reliable platform to ensure efficient,
reliable, and automated software delivery. and guarantee high
availability, security, and scalability. Job Description In
addition to mentoring other platform team engineers and
contractors, the position requires effective collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions
with business goals and involves analyzing and interpreting
requirements to create solutions that enhance user experiences.
Additionally, the role includes providing technical leadership and
mentorship to foster innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
This blend of technical expertise and business acumen is crucial
for delivering impactful solutions. This Engineer can be based in
any of our tech hubs: Plano or Austin, TX; Philadelphia or West
Chester, PA; Reston, VA; or Englewood, CO. It is not approved for

for employment now or in the future Core Responsibilities -
Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify platform and
technical requirements. Conducts analysis to determine integration
needs. - Serves as a mentor for other Development
Operation/platform engineers. - Serves as a technical lead for
assisting multiple application development teams. - Oversees the
researching, writing and editing of system accreditation
documentation and technical requirements, including designs, audit
controls, evaluation plans, manuals and formal recommendations and
reports. - Keeps current with technological developments within the
industry. Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and
products. - Assists with technical leadership throughout the design
process and guides practices, procedures and techniques. - Assists
in tracking and evaluating performance metrics including cost.
Ensures team delivers software on time, to specification and within
budget. - Acts as a technical contact and liaison for customers
with SSO integrations. - Presents and defends architectural, design
and technical choices to internal and external audiences. -
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in

responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - Strong Kubernetes
experience, including administering and managing Clusters. -
Experience supporting IAM (Identity and Access Management) tools;
preference for KeyCloak or Okta - Experience with scripting
languages including Bash and Python - Experience using AWS services
including EC2, EKS, S3, Lambdas and others - Demonstrated expertise
in developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines - Experience working
with GitHub and GitHub Actions - Experience with Monitoring Tools
(any): ELK, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Tableau Preference for
candidates who also have: - K8s certifications. - Experience with
Vulnerability management and resolution(any) - Prior development
experience - Experience working with offshore team members.

This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of
$123,361.35 - $212,798.32 Comcast intends to offer the selected
candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related,
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application
