Technician responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and
trouble-shooting of our systems at our customer's sites. Our
Service Technicians are the face of our company and play a key role
in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential
Functions Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
company products. Provide technical support to customers Keep track
of all tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle Ensure all
safety measures are taken while completing tasks Perform other
duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Excellent
communication skills Strong problem-solving and mechanical
abilities Experience with electrical wiring and home automation
systems Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license Education & Experience Required Minimum of 2
years of Media/Security System experience as a Service Technician
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Reliable with a good
attendance record. Experience in Home Building,
Remodeling/Construction is a PLUS Job Purpose: Deliver high-quality
