Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Service Technician with a background in the chemical industry to join our team in Midland, TX. The Service Technician will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our chemical products and equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical injection and treatment equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and performance. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on chemical systems, pumps, valves, and associated components to identify and address any issues or potential failures. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and implement customized chemical treatment programs and solutions that meet specific operational requirements and objectives. Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use, handling, and maintenance of chemical products and equipment. Document service activities, equipment inspections, and maintenance records accurately and in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field preferred. Prior experience in the chemical industry, specifically in roles related to chemical treatment, blending, or injection systems. Familiarity with chemical products and equipment used in oil and gas production, water treatment, or related industries. Experience working with chemical companies such as Baker Hughes, Jacam Catalyst, Innospec, Imperative Chemicals, Multichem, or Pine Island preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
