the best in the industry. Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic,
highly motivated, and certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches to
join our team. As a D1 Coach, you will be at the forefront of
delivering an exceptional training experience to our athletes. You
will lead group workouts, personal training sessions, and team
training, while ensuring every athlete receives personalized
attention and a customized training program that supports their
goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach group workouts,
personal training sessions, and team training, creating a
high-energy, positive, and motivating environment. Assess athletes
fitness levels, set goals, and tailor training programs to meet
individual needs. Provide expert guidance on strength, speed,
mobility, injury prevention, and nutrition. Exhibit exceptional
customer service to build strong relationships with athletes,
parents, and team members. Maintain high standards of safety,
teaching proper techniques and movement patterns to reduce injury
risk. Ensure the training facility is clean, organized, and
well-maintained, including equipment and training areas.
Participate in marketing events, camps, clinics, and community
outreach programs to build brand awareness. Contribute to social
media content to highlight training achievements and promote the D1
brand. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in
strength & conditioning to continuously improve coaching
techniques. Qualifications: Valid certification (CSCS, NASM, ACE,
ISSA, or similar) required, CPR/AED/First Aid certification
preferred At least 1-2 years of experience in strength &
conditioning, with proven ability to coach group and individual
sessions. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a
related field (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and organizational skills. Ability to work with athletes of all
ages and abilities, from youth to professional athletes. High level
of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping athletes reach their
full potential. Strong work ethic, timeliness, and attention to
detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings,
evenings, and weekends. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience
coaching Olympic lifts and advanced strength training techniques.
Understanding of nutrition and its impact on performance. Ability
to adapt and modify exercises for individual needs, including
injury prevention and rehabilitation. Experience with both adult
