Math/Science TeacherJoin the dynamic team at Resolution Ranch
Academy as a Math and Science Teacher! We are seeking a
highly-qualified individual who is confident in teaching High
School Math, including Calculus, and all High School Sciences such
as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Resolution Ranch Academy is
accredited by Cognia, we are looking for someone with experience
working with students who have 504s and IEPs and the ability to
effectively support students with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and
Autism. As a Math and Science Teacher, you will report to The
Director of Education and be responsible for:
Providing educational services and
tutoring to studentsMonitoring student progress and maintaining
recordsGrading activities and creating alternative lessons and
activities as neededCommunicating with staff and parents regarding
the educational needs of the residentsProviding periodic updates on
student progress to staff and parentsComplete all required
documentation within program guidelines Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a
related field from an accredited university or collegeExperience in
Special Education a plusStrong communication skills, both oral and
writtenDemonstrated emotional stability to deal with changing
priorities and stressful situationsAbility to maintain a positive
and empathetic demeanor while managing student behavior and
providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Join us at
