Here's a Glimpse of the Job
Providing leadership and managing multiple, large scale client
accounts in a full-service marketing agency is challenging and
rewarding. In the role of Executive Director, you're involved in
direction of all functions: research, strategy, creative, media,
management, and performance measurement in an omnichannel digital
environment.
As the Executive Director you will work in a synergistic
relationship with the activities of university central
marketing/communications (MarComm), including alignment with all
brand standards and communications protocols, and will optimize the
MarComm activities across the full range of Mays strategic business
units, including centralizing all media placement, purchasing,
analytics and performance measurement (ROI).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business, or any
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ten years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and
communications; leading a team of multi-disciplined professionals
and responsible to a diverse range of customers or clients.
A well-qualified candidate would have an MBA, diversified
experience in digital media channels and experience in higher
education, private industry and/or public sector.
