Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Document Control
Specialist is responsible for electronically distributing documents
to users and ensures that all users possess the correct versions of
documents. This is a position will be on a contract (1099) to
begin, with potential for this to be a perm position. Job
Duties/Responsibilities Follow established procedures and
distribution lists to distribute documents to users by using the
current in house EDMS system and any Client EDMS system as needed.
Must be able to follow project index and compile electronic version
of final project data books. Operates various types of printing
equipment to reproduce documents into hard copies of final data
books if required. Reviews documents to ensure reproduction
quality. Run weekly reports out of the EDMS system for Project
Managers per project. Attend any required project Kick Off
Meetings. Manages document logs to track document status and other
clerical records for document control center. Must be highly
adaptable to changing project requirements. You will be assigned to
multiple projects and will need to manage all the document
requirements for each. Assists the Document Control team by
prioritizing daily work and reviewing the document control man hour
budget. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Performs
other duties as assigned. Education High school diploma or
equivalent required. Work Experience 2 years of related experience
highly preferred. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
or related software. Ability to operate various types of document
reproduction equipment. Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail. Ability to learn/use multiple EDMS systems
(Aconex, Assai, Vendom, Documentum, etc.) Ability to be
self-sufficient and work both in a team and solo environments. High
work ethic required. QHSE REQUIREMENTS Quality Take responsibility

and all environmental concerns or incidents to your manager
Maintain awareness, proactively participate and support all Axens
policies regarding environmental protection Assist in the continual
improvement of an effective Integrated Management System complying
with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 Assist in achieving Site,
Departmental, Regional and Global Environmental Management Program
goals and objectives
