Globally grow both brands together. We are on a journey of
continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate
Assembly Line Lead. This role is responsible to lead/supervise
lines in assembly operations to assure the safe production of
coolers of the highest quality. Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities: /n - Ensure all employees, both new and current,
feel welcomed and are treated with respect as well as providing
them with clear instructions/training along with the correct tools
and PPE required. /n - Ensure safe working practices are followed
and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are
reported in the required time. Ensure that Safety and Quality
requirements are in compliance. /n - Line Lead must reinforce the
use of PPE at all times. /n - Line Leads are responsible for
allowing restroom breaks as requested to employees assigned to
their assembly line. /n - The FPI is required to be verified
against the DJR and submitted for approval during the first 15
minutes of the shift. /n - Perform all pre-shift, during and at the
end of the shift reporting in a timely and accurate way as well as
5 minutes quality and safety meeting. Reporting includes but is not
limited to line clearance report, hourly production board update,
foam parameters checks and end of the shift report. /n - Anytime
there is any abnormal performance condition going on that keeps the
line from achieving the expected Safety, Quality, Efficiency,
Attainment or any other key indicator goal, the Line Lead must
report it immediately to his/her supervisor for action to be taken
to determine a resolution for the issue. /n - As a prerequisite all
Line Leads are to be certified in all core positions (screw
gunning, foaming, cleaning and drain plug installing). /n - Prior
to shift start up or at product change over, Line Lead must verify
that DJR (Discrete Job Report) match each component listed and the
finish product as whole. /n - Ensure the goal for Efficiency and
Attainment numbers are met, 95% or above. Report any issues that
are keeping the line from reaching 95% or above, immediately to the
supervisor. /n - Line Lead is required to fill out Scrap Tickets
(Non-Conforming Material Ticket) during and at the end of the
shift, ensuring they are filled out properly and accurately with
all the required information. Also, these scrap tickets are to be
submitted in a timely manner. /n - Once a toolbox is provided to
the Line Lead, they are responsible to bring it to work, every day
they are present. /n - Ensure that ALL unused components and
materials are returned to warehouse at the end of run. /n - Line
Lead is responsible for ALL production to be counted, tagged and
sent to the warehouse at the end of run. /n - Troubleshoot
solutions for technical problems, associated with assigned
processes. /n - The work area(s) are required to be maintained in a
clean and organized manner at all times. /n - Carry out other

Qualifications A suitable background would be a solid experience
within the following qualifications and experiences: /n -
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency. /n - Experience:
Recommended but not required of one (1) year experience performing
similar processes. /n - Supervisory skills: Minimum of six (6)
months in supervisory/leadership role. /n /n /n - Language skills:
Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. /n -
Math skills: Able to add, subtract, divide and multiply. /n - Able
to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hour
shift; Able to push up to 80 lbs. on rollers or wheels. /n - Bend
and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours. /n - Minimum
height requirement of 60 inches. /n - Work environment: Hot & humid
in summer months, cold during winter. /n /n Standing & Walking
Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and
walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair
climbing. Postural Requirements Frequent bending, stooping,
kneeling, and working in low or awkward positions during production
or maintenance tasks. Lifting & Material Handling /n -
Operator-level roles may involve lifting up to 25 lb repeatedly
throughout the shift. /n - Technician-level roles may involve
lifting up to 50 lb multiple times per day, including overhead
lifts. /n - Where possible, mechanical aids (e.g., hoists,
forklifts) are used. /n /n Fine Motor Skills & Tool Use Use of both
hands is required to operate tools, perform adjustments, and handle
assembly materials with precision. Visual Requirements Sufficient
visual acuity (e.g., 20/40 with or without correction) is necessary
for tasks involving inspection and safe equipment operation.
Environmental Conditions /n - Work is performed in a production
setting where seasonal temperatures may range from 100-120°F (with
humidity) in summer to cooler conditions in winter. /n - High noise
levels are common; hearing protection is provided and required. /n
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear protection,
safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and protective clothing
may be required depending on the task. /n /n Additional Job
Considerations These roles can be physically demanding, involving
repetitive motions and long hours. Technicians may be required to
handle heavy molds and materials; use of material handling
equipment is provided and encouraged. To be successful in this
