$90,000-$100,000 Bonus Eligibility A rapidly growing,
industry-leading U.S. manufacturer located approximately 30 minutes
north of Austin is seeking an experienced and driven Senior
Accountant to join its expanding Finance team. This company is

Will Do You'll serve as a key contributor in the monthly close
process, general ledger management, manufacturing accounting, and
financial accuracy for a complex and growing operation.
Responsibilities include: Prepare and post monthly journal entries
(accruals, prepaids, payroll, inventory, fixed assets) Perform
detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
promptly Lead assigned areas of the month-end, quarter-end, and
year-end close Ensure accurate general ledger activity in
accordance with GAAP Support manufacturing and inventory accounting
, including cost variances, reconciliations, and adjustments Review
and analyze month-over-month income statement and balance sheet
variances Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting
schedules Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and
accounting procedures Prepare schedules and support documentation
for external audits Partner cross-functionally with operations,
supply chain, production, and finance teams Identify and implement
process and efficiency improvements What You Bring This team values

environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or Finance 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong hands-on experience with: Month-end close Journal entries &
accruals Balance sheet reconciliations Background in a mid-sized or
large company environment (ideally $100M revenue ) Advanced Excel
skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Experience with
ERP systems (manufacturing ERP preferred) High attention to detail,
accuracy, and organizational skill Strong written and verbal
communication abilities Preferred (Not Required) CPA or CPA
candidate Manufacturing or cost-accounting experience Experience
supporting high-volume environments (e.g., $1M transaction or sales
volume exposure) Epicor ERP experience Public accounting or audit
background Personality & Work Style Ambitious, adaptable, and
comfortable navigating change Not shy - willing to ask questions,
jump in, and take initiative Collaborative team player who doesn't
say that's not my job Enjoys process improvement and
problem-solving Work Environment Hybrid schedule with three days
onsite in a state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facility
