Job Description:

USA Automotive Partners is seeking a Consolidation Sr. Accountant. The position will report to the Corporate Controller.Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries for multiple entities and assist in the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements. Prepare GSA journal entries and accounting adjustments. Assist in the coordination of month-end close and monthly consolidation process. Lead financial audit document preparation. Prepare monthly reconciliations for review. Maintain intercompany balances. Prepare financial statement analysis. Support tax compliance process/documentation. Support the development of internal control processes. Test internal control processes. Support NetSuite initiatives and system updates. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes. Assist in special projects, as needed.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required. 3+ years accounting experience required; public accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of finance & accounting business processes such as close and consolidations, internal and external financial reporting, and account reconciliations required. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across multiple levels of management. Exceptional planning, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
